This November, prepare to experience the
holiday season in a refreshing way!
Here are two ways to do that:
1. Sign up for yoga instructor Barbara Sorenson’s meditation series: Meditations for a Season of Gratitude. Sessions will be on Wednesday’s, November 3, 10, 17, from 4:30-5:00PM. Tuition is $15 for each session or a special price of $38 for all three.
2. Spend the month reading Burnout by twin sisters Emily and Amelia Nagoski and discuss with others at out Body Moves bookclub on Saturday, December 4 at 11:30.
