Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30 – 8:15 a.m. with Catherine Solie — five spaces open
One opening with Kris Cameron’s Mondays and Wednesdays 2:30 – 3:15 group
One opening with Kris Cameron’s Mondays and Wednesdays 3:30 – 4:15 p.m. group
One opening with Jake Villhauer’s Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:15 – 10:00 a.m. group

Commitment to Small Group Personal Training is a 7 – 12 month commitment. Tuition includes 2 workouts with your small group personal trainer and your group and one regular fitness class with a Body Moves instructor each week. Frequent assessments, goal setting, individualized training. We subscribe to functional fitness principles.
