“What is a Mind-Body-Spirit Group?”
A powerful, effective combination of research-based healing modalities to help people deal with life change, stress and illness in an intimate and supportive group setting.  Mind-Body-Spirit skills are the single most important and best documented way to deal with the stress that contributes to chronic illness.

Mind-Body-Spirit Groups teach the self-care skills necessary to transform the physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual dimension of our lives.

“Who joins Mind-Body-Spirit Groups?”

Growth and change are universal human principles. Anyone can benefit from a Mind-Body-Spirit Group. Groups are comprised of adults of all ages and backgrounds.
