This hour-and-a-half workshop will be led by Beth Pelton who will teach students how to prepare foods with less oil, sugar, salt and ultra-processed ingredients. The workshop will include food prep demonstration, short-cuts, tastings (yum!) of appetizer, soup, salad, main dish, side, and dessert dishes, as well as the recipes themselves.
