Gratitude is a sense of appreciate for what we have.
It’s a virtue that connects people in a transcendent way and often motivates people to reciprocate the benefits they have received for someone else.
At the same time, gratitude is not a natural human response and,
like the muscles of our body, it is something that must be trained and cultivated.
That is our goal for this 2-WEEK GRATITUDE CHALLENGE.
Check in every day from November 1-15, 2021, to find a daily exercise.
It’s important to remember that there is always something to be grateful for,
even on hard days; so for today…
…write out a list of FIVE things you are thankful for.
Better yet, make it ten.
Then post it somewhere visible…
…be it on your refrigerator or on your bathroom mirror, on your front door — somewhere that you will see it! Every time you see it, take a 5-second pause to rehearse your gratitude. This is essential! If you don’t recognize it, you will stop seeing it, so see it.
Be intentional.
And be grateful.
