Cold weather makes curling up under a warm blanket with a good book…and we have just the bookclub to go with it! Join us this coming Saturday, December 11, at 11:30AM for the Body Moves quarterly Book Club. Barbara Sorenson and participants will discuss Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle. Another proven way to help with stress is breath work. This is the basis of this month’s meditation series led by Barbara Sorenson. Breath work can help settle your heart and mind in the midst of a busy holiday season. Find inward peace as you are led through a half-hour session of breath work, meditation, and guidance. Sessions for “Meditations for a Season of Peace” are on Wednesday’s at 4:30PM.
