Technically, the Gratitude Challenge ended yesterday, but we’re so grateful for your participation in it, that we’re here to encourage you with one last push on your own gratitude journey!
Here’s your challenge:
Visit the Body Moves studio this week and
add your “leaf of thankfulness”
to our wall of gratitude.
The MISSION of Body Moves is to “enhance your physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual dimensions of health.”
Notice it includes the social dimension. We are social creatures and strong, healthy interaction with others is essential to our well-being.
