Grief is our internal response to loss. Yoga can provide a therapeutic framework that helps the body, mind and spirit process the impact of our losses, which may allow for them to be transformed, over time, into something useful and growth producing.
This is a gentle, all-levels yoga class for those experiencing grief and loss.. Sessions will include optional sharing and check-in, followed by a 50 minute gentle yoga sequence and ending with relaxation or guided meditation. Sessions will be held the 3rd Saturday of the month. $15
