Here are our Thanksgiving Week Hours:
Sunday, November 20 through Wednesday, November 22 — open for all classes and workouts
Wednesday, November 23 through Friday, November 25 — no classes or workouts. Take walks, practice your daily yoga, Nia moves, qigong, shop ’til you drop — and do your planks!!
Saturday and Sunday, November 26 and 27 — open for all classes and workouts!
