We are grateful to the Body Moves’ tribe and the Iowa City/Coralville community for a fun and full weekend!
Many savored the taste and tips for delicious coffee with Monte Riggs ons Friday morning during his workshop, “The Art of Brewing Coffee.” The same idea of taste and tips was enjoyed at Sidekick Coffee in University Heights where founder and editor Beth Nobles presented the non-profit project “The Nature Book Guide.” In addition to the project, she shared suggestions of several books recommended in this quarter’s inaugural edition.
The momentum continued Saturday morning with over 40 people participating in the World T’ai Chi and Qigong Day, “One World, One Breath,” at the Ped Mall in downtown Iowa City.
