Join us for a special meditation series led by Body Moves yoga instructor Barb Sorenson on Wednesday’s from 4:30-5:00PM (following Yin Yoga). During these half-hour sessions, Barb will direct participant’s hearts and minds toward contentedness and thankfulness through mindful breathing and meditation.
Tuition is $15 for individual sessions or $38 for all three.
