Yoga for Grievers is a gentle, all-levels yoga class for those experiencing grief and loss. 50 minute class followed by deep relaxation exercises and optional group sharing. Meetings are typically the 3rd Saturday of the month; however, we recommend checking the online schedule. No previous yoga experience is required.
