Summer moves at a different pace than the rest of the year,
and that is true at Body Moves, as well.
This summer, our class schedule will undergo some modifications, including our yoga classes. Body Moves yoga instructor Barb Sorenson will be doing additional training this summer, which interferes with her ability to teach Yin Yoga on Wednesday afternoons. To make an allowance for this, we’re moving Yin Yoga class to Tuesday at 3:30PM.
Same great class, same great instructor, same great time –
