Bring your desires for 2015 to this workshop! Prepare to join Nia Black Belt instructor, Beth Pelton, CHES, using three tools and six key elements to set your personal intentions, leading you toward the body and lifestyle of well-being you desire.
Content for the workshop is based on health behavior theory, Nia lifestyle principles, and concepts of the Blue Zone Power 9 Habits for a Longer, Happier, Healthier Life®.
This interactive workshop will include some light body movements, mindful thought processing,optional journaling/sharing, and imagination to set intentions.
