Body Moves exists to enhance your physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual dimensions of health. We do this through a variety of classes including our Active Living offerings: Ageless Grace, Body Sculpt, Nia, Pilates, Qigong, T’ai Chi, Yoga, and Zumba.
Our Specialized Classes include T’ai Chi, Yoga with a Chair, and (Nia) Moving to Heal.
We also offer personalized Small Group Training, which gives you individualized instruction in a small group setting that helps provide encouragement and accountability.
