Led by University of Iowa professor emerita Beth Pelton, this course is about more than just behavior change or a quick-start weight loss/exercise program. It is a means to help you chart and change your life in 2022 and for years to come!! With easy-to-use worksheets and recipes offer practical steps, you will see tangible results in your weight, well-being, and general health. You will transform the healthy choices in life to be the easy choices!

Because we want you to succeed not just for one month, but for the whole year, followed by a lifetime of healthy, abundant living. An 11-month sustainability calendar and group accountability will help guide and encourage you as you continue to build upon the foundation laid during this 6-week course.
This course will help you change your diet, increase your activity, update your living spaces, and build your social life, setting up your life so that you mindlessly make healthy lifestyle decisions!
