Move IT is conditioning interval training for the entire body Blue Belt instructor, Ama Mothershed re-defines interval-training class with a flow, transitioning your body naturally between movements. It’s an experience to leave you sweating, yet smiling as you unearth potential of your body’s way
Each class delivers four types of conditioning: aerobic, anaerobic, reflexive, and voluntary. Move IT series is appropriate for beginners as well as advanced movers!
The next 8-week series will begin April 25, meeting each Wednesday from 9:00 am. to 10:00 am through June 20. *No session on May 16. Join certified instructor Ama Mothershed to amp up cardiovacular conditioning, improve strength, dexterity, muscle tone and range of motion with our new Move IT series.
