This week on Saturday, August 16,
Abby will teach Zumba!
Zumba is not only fun (especially with Abby!), but it has both physical and mental benefits. An active class, it provides a cardiovascular workout without feeling like it! Abby’s clear direction enables dancers to follow and learn the choreographed moves which help improve focus and coordination and may improve cognitive function and memory. Muscle strength, flexibility, and balance are all used on the dance floor.
Best of all, Zumba is a fun and energetic way to exercise to enjoy our Body Moves Community!
So join us this Saturday at 9am to be a part of it!!

This class is regularly scheduled every Monday at 4:45pm.

The following week, August 30, Becky will teach a 9:00AM Strength Training class.
