We are thrilled to announce Sue Campney as the new owner
of Body Moves Fitness & Wellness Studio!
It’s April 1st, but this is no joke!
Sue has been teaching at Body Moves since July 2012 as our t’ai chi and Qigong instructor. As such, Sue is very familiar with both what we do at Body Moves and why we do it. Her daily lifestyle embodies the core values of Body Moves and we are confident she will do an excellent job leading us into the future!
Under Sue’s leadership and with Beth’s guidance, we expect a seamless transition. This month, Sue will retire from her career with Johnson County Social Services, then dedicate her experience, energy, vision, and expertise to Body Moves. Beth will continue to be present, teaching Nia and Ageless Grace, providing advice and staff support, and occasionally leading workshops.
We are immeasurably grateful to Beth for her vision of a movement studio that specializes in wellness for mid-life and better adults.
Beth’s values have set the foundation of Body Moves upon which Sue will continue to build. Thank you, Beth for more years of dedication, investment, and service to others! We look forward to dancing with you in the future as you continue to be a part of the Body Moves community⸺just in a different role!
Thank you, Body Movers, for your patience in this process! You are an wonderful group of individuals and we consider it a privilege to join with you in your wellness journey. We look forward to many more years to come as Sue leads us into the future!
Stay tuned for upcoming opportunities under Sue’s leadership,
beginning with our 11th anniversary events in May!!
Here is to a bright future filled with wellness and joy for us all!
See you in the studio!
