Variety is the spice of life! And at Body Moves, we actively promote varied daily movement and want to encourage it among our students. In light of this and in consideration of our community’s best interest, we’ve decided to vary our Saturday morning class schedule.
The 9:00AM Saturday class will be based upon the week of the month.
1st and 3rd Saturday is STRENGTH TRAINING.
2nd Saturday is BAREFOOT & BALANCE
4th Saturday is FLEXIBILITY & MOBILITY
The rare 5th Saturday will be a “Saturday Special,” which may include special events.
The 10:00AM class will continue as Nia.

We’ve already had positive feedback concerning this changes and are excited for more of our students to try new classes that are not available to them during the week!! If you have suggestions for a Saturday special, please let us know.
