This summer, we’ve focused on slowing down and being stress-free. Wrap up the summer with a renewed sense of serenity and peace by participating in an hour-long breathwork session with Body Moves yoga instructor Barb Sorenson on Saturday, August 23.

The session will help bring increased harmony to your mind, emotions, and body through guided breathing exercises. Breathwork involves intentionally altering the body’s physiological state through controlled breathing techniques.

We also offer other movements such as yoga, tai chi, and qi gong that combine movement with deep breathing, inducing a state of calm. These practices are known for their ability to reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and enhance overall well-being.
