This week on Saturday, August 9, Naomi will teach Barefoot & Balance.
Barefoot & Balance focuses on foot health, the foundation for whole-body alignment and posture. This class targets every part of the foot, working both intrinsic and extrinsic muscles, inherently helping with posture, balance and gait.
This class is regularly scheduled every Wednesday at 4:30pm.
