Move IT is conditioning interval training for the entire body Blue Belt instructor, Ama Mothershed will design and lead the unique interval-training class with a flow, transitioning your body naturally between movements. Each class delivers four types of conditioning: aerobic, anaerobic, reflexive, and voluntary. Move IT series is appropriate for beginners as well as advanced movers!
The next 8-week series will begins March 21, meeting each Wednesday from 6:30 – 7:30 pm. Join certified instructor Ama Mothershed to amp up cardiovacular conditioning, improve strength, dexterity, muscle tone and range of motion. You’ll also gain a deeper awareness of your body anatomy.
