 Spring is in the air!!
And with it comes with the start of a new month, so
we are posting the MARCH calendar.

We are excited for our next Book Club meeting on Saturday, March 13.

We will be discussing the book You Are a Badass by Jen Sincero and are thrilled to have a Body Moves’ student and our resident “badass” (as per her words!) Su Groff-VanArendonk facilitate it! Badass Book

This book comes highly recommended by small group trainer Holly Carpenter who found it to be engaging, motivational, and fun! Plan now to join, either in person or via Zoom on March 13 from 11:45AM-12:30PM.

Students can sign up ONLINE or by calling the studio at 319-337-3777.

Also to come this month as a scam workshop Protecting Yourself from Identity Theft and Fraud as part of our LIVE WELL series. It will be led by friends from Hills Bank & Trust on Monday, March 15, from 1:30-3:00PM.

We will post a registration link later this week when it becomes available. Tuition is $25. This workshop will be offered via Zoom only. Make plans now to attend!
