52 MOVE-MoveIT Conditioning Interval Training begins Oct 4!

52 MOVES•Move IT is conditioning interval training for the entire body. Based on the 52 moves of Nia Fitness, movement focus will change every 60 seconds. Adding the element of barefoot dance, allow for self expression and fun! Each class delivers four types of conditioning: aerobic, anaerobic, reflexive, and voluntary. Move IT series is appropriate for beginners as well as advanced movers!

This is a 7 week series with Wednesday sessions from 6:30 – 7:30 pm. October 4 – November 15!! Join certified instructor Ama Mothershed to amp up cardiovacular conditioning, improve strength, dexterity, muscle tone and range of motion.
